So! You want to create a truly one-of-a-kind, custom piece - now what?!
Our process is extremely customer-based, we want to make sure you are involved every step of the way to ensure you get a final product you LOVE!
We begin with a free consultation appointment, usually lasting approximately one hour. During this time, we assess your wants and needs and discuss possible options to please you and your budget. This does not always take a full hour - but we set that time aside to give you our full attention. If you decide not to continue after this point there is no charge.
After the initial design consultation, we begin pencil sketching! After your sketches are completed, we call you back in to view them in person and speak with us again. If you choose one you love - great! If you want to make some small adjustments - that's fine too! We will have any necessary stones ready to be viewed during this appointment.
Once a design is agreed upon, a second round of pencil sketches begins. Your piece will be drawn from many different angles, to scale, to give you a full visual of every aspect of the design. Adjustments can still be made at this step.

Our process usually takes 6-8 weeks pending the customer's schedule. It is extremely personalized and a lot of fun! Our main goal is to have you walk away with a one-of-a-kind piece that you absolutely adore and to give you a great customer experience along the way.
